Warranty and Liability

Charu Craft does not warrant and shall not be responsible for any damage arising out of the use of the products listed on its site. If a product delivered to you is different from what is described on the website, Charu Craft is liable only to replace the product. Charu Craft is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.

As a merchant, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction, due to the cardholder exceeding the preset limit agreed upon between us and our acquiring bank.
