Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, simply call our customer service at +91-9783-97-8450 (available from 10 AM to 6 PM) or email us at info@charucraft.com. If the order has already been shipped, please notify customer service and refrain from accepting the shipment. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Returns Policy
We accept or do not accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligible for Returns:
- Damaged Items Delivered: If you receive damaged items.
- Delivery of Incorrect Items: If the delivered items do not match your order.
Not Eligible for Returns:
- Returns are not accepted when there is no valid reason provided for returning the product.
- If a return is requested without a valid reason, the customer must bear the shipping charges.
Damaged Items Delivered
If your package appears damaged and the artifact inside is also damaged, contact us at +91-9783-97-8450 (10 AM to 6 PM) or email info@charucraft.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:
- Make a note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill and retain a copy for yourself.
- Add remarks on the delivery sheet (if applicable) from the courier personnel.
- Notify Charu Craft directly within 2 days of receiving the item with details of the damage.
- Send clear images of the damaged item, including close-ups of the affected area(s).
When you contact us, we will assist you in choosing between a replacement, refund, or credit. If you prefer a replacement, return the damaged item in its original packaging and container. Once we receive the item and confirm it was damaged during transit, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note: The initial cost of returning the damaged item must be borne by you. Upon verification of transit damage, we will reimburse the shipping cost.
For one-of-a-kind (customized) works, replacements may not be immediately available. In such cases, we will inform you about the feasibility of creating another piece and the required time frame.
Delivery of Incorrect Items
If the delivered items do not match your order, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Contact us at +91-9783978450 (10 AM to 6 PM) or email info@charucraft.com and provide the following details:
- Your order number and details of the items included in your order.
- The invoice number for your purchase.
- The consignment number from the courier’s airway bill.
When you contact us, we will help you choose between a replacement, refund, or credit. If you prefer a replacement, return the incorrect items in their original packaging and container. Once we confirm the returned items are in good condition, we will ship your originally ordered items at no additional cost.
Please note: The initial cost of returning incorrectly shipped items must be borne by you. Upon verification, we will reimburse the shipping charges.

Refund Policy
Once the Refund is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 Business Days
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.
